The arm gestures

There are different arm gestures that you may want to check and consider. One of them is their healthy reading and configuration. These arm and hand gestures usually occur in public speaking and some conversation as well. You may not notice this at first, but when a person actually crosses his arms, it signifies some sort of disapproval and negation? When he does put his hands on his pockets may show that he is either having self-abasement or naturally submissive. Even the handshake matters and it may show his interest, usually when a person makes a good length of handshake with a good calm grip shows his interest and confidence as well.

The different arm gestures are quite obvious but most people don’t read their meaning. This is both fine, but when you understand these and want people to connect with you better then you better avoid poor handshakes or crossing arms. You may want to avoid speaking and clenching your fist. It may show aggressiveness and not likely show confidence.

The facial expressions

Your face has actually a lot of sources for reading. This includes your eyes, mouth, your cheeks and many more. The eyes can be read through its gaze, its looks and even its pupils! Dilation of pupils may show that the people you’re talking with are interested. A good unwavering gaze might be considered a sign of flirting or very high interest. This can be accompanied by following eyes when the person is far in the room. Your face can flush when you are around someone you are really like. You may also change your voice tone and make some facial expression to express what you feel in a much better manner, these are still body languages.
